Authors: The Center for Functional Assessment Research at SUNY Buffalo Age-Range: AdultsTo be used with Adults with various physical impairments. 18 activities, 13 with a motor emphasis related to self-care; 5 with a cognitive emphasis involving communication. Note that the authors have decided the acronym no longer stands for anything in particular and should be referred to only as FIM(TM).
